2. Scope of processed data
For the purposes of licensing, invoicing and contact-form intake the following data may be processed in particular:
- first and last name,
- business name,
- Company ID and Tax ID,
- registered address,
- e-mail address,
- phone number,
- licence data,
- history of purchased licences.
3. Purpose of processing
Personal data are processed for the purpose of:
- delivery of the licence,
- licence management,
- issuing accounting documents,
- fulfilment of statutory obligations,
- sending information relating to the licence and updates,
- sending marketing communications or other marketing purposes of the data controller.
4. Retention period
Personal data are retained for the duration of the licence and thereafter for the period required by the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
5. Recipients of data
Personal data are not sold or provided to third parties, except in cases required by law or to entities providing accounting, tax or hosting services.
6. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to:
- request access to the data,
- request rectification of the data,
- request restriction of processing,
- request erasure of the data, unless this is precluded by law,
- lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
7. Security
The Provider has adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
