Visual editor
Drag-and-drop layout, snap-to-grid, multi-select, alignment and distribution, unlimited Undo/Redo. Templates save as a single .lpx file.
A professional toolkit for designing and printing labels, barcodes, shipping tags and production marks. Simple to use, fast to deploy, with a perpetual licence and no monthly fees. LabelyPrint was built as a modern alternative to BarTender and NiceLabel — without convoluted licensing, cloud lock-in or unnecessary complexity.
Six core pillars — from design to output. Each one explained in detail on the features page.
Drag-and-drop layout, snap-to-grid, multi-select, alignment and distribution, unlimited Undo/Redo. Templates save as a single .lpx file.
EAN-13/8, UPC-A/E, ISBN, Code 128, Code 39 / 39 Extended / 93, ITF, ITF-14, Codabar, MSI, Plessey, QR, DataMatrix (square and rectangular), Aztec, PDF417 and GS1-128. Check digits, FNC1 and encoding are handled by the engine for you.
.xlsx, .csv or a SQL database with your own query. Map columns to fields on the label and print in bulk by selected rows.
Direct printing to thermal Zebra printers over USB or TCP/IP, with support for custom fonts, GS1 and RFID extensions.
Vector output with embedded fonts, suitable for archival. Send it to QC, an external printer, or simply preview the print before committing.
A separate app for operators: no editor, no extra menus. The operator picks a template, fills in variable fields (or scans them with a reader) and prints.
The main LabelyPrint window has a classic layout: tool palette on the left, canvas with precise rulers in the middle, property panel on the right. What you see is what prints — no surprises after pressing Print.
Ctrl+N new, Ctrl+S save, Ctrl+P print, Ctrl+Z/Ctrl+Y Undo/Redo
The second app in the bundle is meant for the person at the printer. It loads templates prepared in Designer and lets the operator simply fill in variable fields (batch, expiry, copy count) and click Print.
Plug in a spreadsheet, map columns to fields on the label, and LabelyPrint prints as many labels as you have rows. It works for Excel, CSV and SQL databases with custom queries — typically wired up to an ERP, warehouse system or product catalogue.
A-00342, 2026/W19/0008…)products.xlsx spreadsheet mapped to a template. Data-bound fields preview values from the first row.One application, any output. No separate drivers, no format converters.
Laser, inkjet, multifunction. Any printer Windows can see — even those shared over the network. Print labels onto regular A4 sheets (pre-cut label paper) or directly onto rolls.
Direct printing to Zebra over USB or TCP/IP. Works with OEM clones (Citizen, Honeywell, TSC) through the standard Windows driver. We detect 203 / 300 / 600 dpi automatically.
Vector PDF with embedded fonts — archive, get approvals, send to a supplier or external print shop. Identical physical size to print, no rasterisation, no loss of barcode sharpness.
The application earns its keep wherever data needs to live on a label — from small workshops to production floors.
Rack locations, pallet labels, receipts, dispatches. Bulk-print straight from a WMS Excel export — hundreds of labels in a single click.
GS1-128 and GS1 DataMatrix with automatic FNC1 for EAN/UCC codes. Batches, expiry dates, serial numbers — including integration with MES or ERP.
Price tags, ingredient lists, energy labels, EAN codes. For small runs or bulk runs from a product catalogue in Excel.
Bulk mail-merge from an address book, envelope labels, parcel labels with a return address and a shipment QR code.
Sample identification, small labels on test tubes with a 2D code, numbered sequences with a protocol prefix, date and operator.
RFID inlay encoding straight from the Zebra printer — EPC code, barcode and graphics in one pass.
Six kinds of operations where the app has proven itself in everyday printing.
Shipping labels, order fulfilment and warehouse labels. Bulk-print from an order export in Excel or wire up directly to the shop database.
GS1 logistic labels, pallet labels, locations, mobile printing from a barcode reader and print automation tied to your WMS.
Production labels, serial numbers, traceability, product and batch identification. GS1 DataMatrix and Code 128 with automatic FNC1.
Price tags, internal marking, shelf-edge labels and stock systems. Print onto A4 office sheets or directly onto thermal rolls.
A professional solution without high costs or complex implementations. A working print setup in less than an hour from download.
Sample identification, small test-tube labels with a 2D code, numbered sequences with a protocol prefix, date and operator combined in one code.
We respect the incumbents and we learned a lot from them. Then we cut out everything an industrial print shop doesn't actually need.

No subscriptions, no "price per user per month". Pay once and the software is yours — five years from now too. The same version keeps running even if you choose not to renew. You decide whether maintenance renewal makes sense.
.lpx format as desktop, fully editable on the phone. When you need to print a label at a customer's site, in the warehouse or out of a service van — and you'd rather not drag a laptop along. The Android version reads the same .lpx template format as desktop and prints over Bluetooth to common thermal-transfer printers.
